Booking and Availability

A date and time are not confirmed by a message, form submission or temporary calendar hold. A reservation becomes confirmed only after Volaeri confirms availability and receives the required deposit.

Proposal, wedding, venue, beauty, transportation, flowers, music and other coordinated services remain subject to supplier and location availability until confirmed in writing.

25% Reservation Deposit

A deposit equal to 25% of the total confirmed package price is required to secure the date and time. The remaining balance and its payment deadline are stated in the written booking confirmation.

The deposit is refundable only under the cancellation rule below. It cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from Volaeri.

Cancellation and Refunds

If the client cancels in writing at least 14 full calendar days before the scheduled start time, the 25% deposit is refundable. Bank, card or payment-provider fees that cannot be recovered may be deducted from the refund.

If cancellation is received fewer than 14 full calendar days before the session, the deposit is non-refundable. Services already purchased or committed specifically for the booking may also be non-refundable.

Late arrival, failure to attend, travel disruption, illness, missed transport, change of itinerary or dissatisfaction with ordinary seasonal conditions do not automatically create a right to a refund.

One Rescheduling Opportunity

The client may request one change of date or time when the request is received at least 7 full calendar days before the scheduled start. The new slot is subject to photographer, dress, assistant, venue and supplier availability.

Requests received fewer than 7 full calendar days before the session are treated as a cancellation unless Volaeri agrees otherwise in writing. Any difference in package, venue or supplier cost must be paid by the client.

Weather and Safety

Cloud, ordinary wind, heat, haze or changing light are normal island conditions and do not by themselves cancel a session. Volaeri decides whether conditions are safe and workable for the selected route, dress and equipment.

If Volaeri determines that conditions are unsafe or make the agreed service impractical, we may change the time, use a nearby weather-safe location or reschedule the session. If Volaeri cannot provide the service or a reasonable alternative, payments for the undelivered service will be refunded.

Arrival, Access and Client Responsibilities

Clients must arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time and follow safety, access and local-property instructions. Late arrival reduces the available shooting time and does not extend the booked slot when another booking follows.

Private rooftops, venues and restricted areas are included only when access is confirmed. Public areas can be busy and exact backgrounds cannot be guaranteed.

Photographs, Editing and Delivery

The package description controls the duration, number of delivered JPEG files, retouched photographs and included video. RAW files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Preview and final delivery timing can vary by season, package and client-selection speed. Volaeri retains artistic discretion over selection, colour, crop and retouching while respecting the agreed package.

Image Use and Privacy

Client galleries are private. Publication of identifiable client images for portfolio or marketing requires the permission stated in the booking agreement or a separate consent. Proposal planning details are handled discreetly.

Questions or cancellation and rescheduling notices must be sent in writing to hello@volaeri.com or through the confirmed WhatsApp conversation. By paying the deposit, the client confirms acceptance of the package description and these terms.
