How Volaeri uses booking, communication, payment and website data.

We may collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, selected package, dress or styling preferences, messages, booking reference, payment status, IP-derived security data and advertising attribution such as UTM parameters or click identifiers.
Why We Use It
We use personal information to answer inquiries, check availability, coordinate the service, create booking holds, process payments, prevent abuse, deliver galleries, maintain business records and measure advertising performance. Processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, legal obligations and consent where required.
Service Providers
Data may be processed by our website and hosting providers, WordPress services, email or SMTP provider, WhatsApp, Stripe, gallery-delivery services and, after consent where required, Google or Meta analytics and advertising tools. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Payments
Card information is entered directly into Stripe Checkout and is not stored by Volaeri. We retain the booking reference, payment status, amount, currency and transaction identifiers needed to confirm and administer the reservation.
Cookies and Advertising Measurement
Essential storage supports security, attribution and booking continuity. Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled until the visitor provides consent. Consent can be changed at any time.
Retention and Security
Inquiry and booking records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, contractual, tax, dispute and security purposes. Access is limited to people and providers who need it, and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
