Two People and the Blue Domes

Charlie and Kayce's Santorini photoshoot brings two sides of the island into one story: bright, blue-domed architecture and the warmer colours of the caldera at sunset. These photographs are from the same session, with the couple and their connection remaining the focus as the setting changes.

In the blue-dome portrait, a closer composition makes room for their expressions and the gesture of their hands. The white walls and deep blue dome establish the setting without taking attention away from the people in the frame.

Their light outfits and the blue-and-white striped shirt echo the architecture around them. The result is a portrait that feels unmistakably Santorini while keeping the emphasis on Charlie and Kayce together.

A Question Against the Sunset

At sunset, the visual rhythm changes. The wider frame opens out to the caldera, and the orange glow along the horizon becomes part of the photograph. Charlie holds Kayce in an embrace, creating a different expression of the connection seen in the earlier portrait.

Where the blue-dome image uses bright architecture and a closer view, this photograph leaves room for the evening sky and the landscape. Seen together, the two images show how a change in light and composition can give one couple session a varied, coherent gallery.
